INITIAL PROCESS
The process starts with preparing and selecting the finest raw materials, ensuring they’re strong and well-suited for the product we’re making. From there, we build the frame, add decorative details, and weave the rattan to bring the design to life. Throughout each stage, we carry out careful quality checks to make sure every piece meets our standards and fulfills all requirements.

FINISHING PROCESS
On the next stage, we refine and enhance the products with several steps, starting with burning to smooth and clean the surface, followed by sanding to create an even texture. Coloring to achieve the desired shade and apply top coat to protect the product and give it a polished look. Each step is carried out with care and attention to detail with quality control to ensure every item is flawless, strong, and fully meets the required standards.

FINAL PROCESS
The final stage of production involves a comprehensive final quality control inspection to ensure each product meets the highest standards of excellence. Once approved, all required accessories are carefully installed to complete the goods. The products are then packed with precision, using secure and protective packaging to maintain their condition during transit. After packing, the finished items are systematically arranged at the loading dock, prepared and ready for prompt shipment to their destination.
Factory Facilities
Our factory features complete facilities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, including a Security Guard Post with 24-hour CCTV, Waste Disposal Sites, Conditioning Room, First Aid Room, Prayer Room for employee and Show Room for displaying our collection. For quality assurance, we use a Multilight Box, conduct in-house testing, and perform Container Simulation to ensure products meet standards and are ready for shipment.
